We purchased 2 really unique tables here (one for the entryway and one for the patio) and I am very happy. The entryway table is more like a piece of art. It was so big and heavy we had to have it delivered to Clermont, and that went well too. The small patio table was also artsy looking (mid-century modern style), but was the last one they had in stock and had a number of marks on it. The manager offered to have someone touch it up though, and it looked brand new when it was delivered along with the other table. My husband and I could actually not believe how great it looks! Highly recommend looking here (and also at the Dr. Phillips Blvd. location in the Marketplace) if you want something different, artsy, unique, and/or upscale for your home! The sales people were all very nice and helpful too!

Very Bad Customer Service. We were told you can pick furniture on weekends(Sunday) between 10AM-12PM( Except Auction Days). We went last Sunday and the store was closed. No one picks the call on the number. Finally got in touch with someone over email. The person says not can open the store today (ok then why give this slip attached which says delivery on weekend) Lost 150$ for rental and gas. Next day someone says we no longer do weekend delivery. This is crazy. People here seems not to be in sync with each other and their updated policies and customers have to bear the outcome.

On the day of delivery, the Owner made amends towards the inconveniences caused. She understood the problems and hassles caused to us and compensated towards it.

Would Like to say you have great stuff at you place, a pleasant customer experience will surely make it more awesome experience.

I don’t know how else to say it without sounding corny so I’ll say it… I arrived to their massive showroom as a customer, and left there as a friend. And I have returned for more purchases. Seeing is believing. The selection is colossal. I am aware they do a lot of business on the Internet, but since we live about 2 1/2 hours from the show room, we have gone a few times in person. You can’t be that beat the quality for the price. Their offerings are novel and nothing like the ho-hum that you get in most furniture markets. Plus Melissa has decades of experience in the business and really knows what she’s doing. She was very patient and let us work through the decision process without being pushy. Can’t say enough about this place and the valuable connection we made with the salespeople. Makes me want to get another house and decorate all over again. Maybe not haha!

We knew the item would take at least six months for delivery.
World of Decor kept us up to date with shipping and delivery updates. The two gentlemen that delivered the large bulky heavy item were great as well.
