I've always had a 5 star service from Up Up & Away when I've used them for my children's parties. I have used them for all my events and some of my family members have too.
They're friendly, professional and reliable and I would 100% recommend them. I've attached photos from both events I've used them for this year. Keep up the good work guys

For my brothers 18th birthday we got a money balloon and other room decorations from up, up and away. They dealt with us professionally, keeping in contact with us along until the day of delivery. We trusted them to make my little brothers 18th birthday special and they didn’t disappoint! Money well spent and they’ll be getting my service again

Arrived to collect balloons for my Niece’s 21st Birthday only to find they had no record of the order. Thankfully my sister received a refund as she kept the invoice. Told to come back on the afternoon but no good on the day of the Birthday. Luckily Card Factory saved the day. If you are open you need the staff trained on filling helium balloons

Couldn’t deliver on time due to running behind with “other set ups” and the weather, which I found to be a lame excuse, they asked if 5:00pm would be okay, which I said yes , again didn’t turn up on time wasting my time sitting in all afternoon, had to leave as I got a call out from work, when they where apparently on their way, they offered to deliver on the night but wasn’t feasible as I was
“at work”

Decided to cancel the order and take a loss, could not be a-sed with them, quick enough to take your money, but slow enough to even deliver when the shop is about a 5min drive.

Used them for every occasion and have always been perfect no problems what so ever so polite. They are also doing my 21st and have worked hard to make sure that they are able to do everything I’ve asked for. An amazing small business ran by lovely people.
