We were recommended by upwaltham barns (our chosen venue) to use to have and to hire. We are so glad we did! Everything turned out perfectly. I had my wedding on 31st October 2024 so wanted to go with the autumnal theme with a few pumpkins added. They did not disappoint, everything was beautiful. I certainly wouldn’t have been able to do this myself, they captured my vision perfectly throughout the whole venue. Thank you very much for helping to make our day perfect!❤️

To Have & To Hire did our decoration for our 2 day wedding at Buxted Park Hotel and East Sussex National. They did such an amazing job on both days to help our vision come to life, but what impressed us the most, was our multicultural wedding for the second day. We were wanting a traditional Asian set-up and specifically after a “Mandap” which they had never done before. The Mandap looked incredible and was exactly what we wanted. It wowed all the guests and the centrepieces looked incredible too with some people thinking that the flowers were real! A massive thank you to Sara, Michelle and the team for being the best, super helpful and very communicative throughout the whole process. It helped to make planning a 2-day wedding seamless.

Me and my partner got married on the 17th of July at the beautiful Brookfield Barn venue. As soon as we booked in our date I booked us in for a meeting with the lovely team at To Have and To Hire. From start to finish we had the best experience. Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had and helping us to make the best decisions with the vision we had in mind. On the big day, the entire team put my mind at ease with their super fast set up but with an extreme attention to detail! Not only did they perfect our vision perfectly, but they even allowed us to use some of their spare faux flowers to decorate my own sweet cart so that it would tie in with the rest of the flower arrangements on our tables! Our guests complemented every inch of the styling, from the beautiful faux flowers that lined our aisle, to the mixture of high and low centre pieces which allowed people to speak freely and easily around the room. The team even ensured that the chair sashes and table runners matched my colour scheme perfectly! The team created some real statement pieces, these being the utterly jaw dropping faux flower wisteria ceiling with matching wisteria trees, creating a stunning fairytale feel to the barn, and the lovely memorial ladder complete with Bay tree and candles for all our beloved family members who could not be with us.
All these things, combined with the cake hoop, the unique table plan and the welcome sign, all with matching florals, tied everything together beautifully and made for a truly magical wedding day and we can't thank To Have and To Hire enough for that, we are forever grateful. You really did make our special day just that extra bit special ? can't recommend TH&TH enough! ?

We used TH&TH for some decorative elements at our wedding in Sussex in August and could not be happier with the service. We chose to hire some floral/decorative elements as well as a lounge set for the barn style venue and the pieces worked so well with our theme - the photo spot which was decorated by the team was particularly popular with our guests and we've got some amazing photos and memories. Thank you to all the team for helping to add those special finishing touches to our day.

The Team at To Have and To Hire were amazing from start to finish! They were so helpful in choosing everything during the planning process, and then installed it all perfectly on our wedding morning at Buxted Park Hotel! It all looked incredible!

We had a beautiful Rose arch, chair drapes, petals down the aisle, and lots of faux foliage in the ceremony room and they’d adapted it all to match my lilac theme beautifully!

After the ceremony, the team moved it all into the dining room which also looked amazing! We had floral displays on the fire place, a welcome sign and a sweetie table too! It was all even better than I could have imagined, it was all so beautiful and got loads of compliments!

To have & to hire were recommended suppliers via our wedding venue, I cannot express how happy I am we used them! They took my vision and made it come to life, I can’t even put in to words how stunning the barn looked. It actually took my breath away when I got to the aisle at how amazing it all looked. I have had so many comments from guests about how stunning the barn looked and whether the flowers were real or not! They took so much stress away from someone who likes to be in control ? I got to the venue at 9am and they were already up on ladders installing the foliage! Communication with them was easy, they are so friendly and amazing at what they do.
