Great service and product!! My wedding ceremony was at the same time as the wedding venue setup window and I couldn't be there. Tlapazolas team arrived and setup everything as requested. Then they sent me images to show me how it was setup. Great experience and i will definitely recommend them and will use their services in the future. Thank you!!

Rented a PA system last minute for a presentation and Tlapazola came through at a fair price. They were responsive via text and phone throughout, delivered early at my request, the gentlemen who delivered set up and tested to make sure everything was in working order, and they were courteous at pick up. Working with Tlapazola rentals was straightforward. Federico assisted me with choices for my event and took care of changes, even finding coordinating pieces that were outside the menu.
On the day of the event, the drivers communicated with me before arrival and assisted me in setting tables and chairs. They were courteous and took directions. The day after the event, they picked up the rentals and made it all very easy.
I've worked with other rental companies in the past, and I was impressed with Tlapazola's customer service. They have a reasonable assortment of choices and styles and competitive prices.
