My server was excellent. I tried a crab cake Benedict for the first time and it was tasty! I added bacon and extra crispy hashbrowns. All was great! $47 including tip.

All the food we ordered was yummy and service was great despite being pretty busy. Good food portions! The four of us probably could have shared 3 meals. The iced lattes weren’t good, but wasn’t bad enough to knock off any stars.

One of my favorite places to eat… actually it’s growing into an addiction mostly because they have the best French toast I have EVER eaten… even better than my own that I make at home. Was in the Colorado Springs area for work and once I found there was a location there, I was super geeked. And as always, my go to breakfast was on point. I always order the three egg scramble with spinach, ham and jack cheese, the hash brown and I sub the toast that comes with it for the bread pudding French toast. When I say this has to be the same bread that was broken at the last supper, don’t argue with me about it? It’s brioche in all its glory then probably soaked in the bread pudding custard( Im guessing, not sure how it’s made but the cook in me is trying to figure it out lol) then cooked and topped with candied pecans, vanilla crème, cinnamon sugar, powdered sugar, whipped mascarpone, caramel, and strawberries. I know it sounds like a lot on top but actually it’s proportioned so that nothing overpowers each other and it works. Me personally I remove all the extra sugars and caramel because I’m diabetic and usually just have the vanilla crème which isn’t really sweet and it doesn’t send my blood sugar overboard, which makes it even more attractive to eat. The scramble was really good, the spinach had a nice wilt but also still had a little crunch. The ham had a little sweetness to it with subtle smoky undertones to give the dish the salty component to balance it out. If I had to nit pick at something would be whoever was cooking went a little heavy handed on the cheese for my liking but the dish was really delicious. If you’re someone who likes hash browns , you’re gonna love these. It’s not a traditional heap of shredded potatoes or one of those fast food patties you see at some places, but a more refined, neat circular one that looks like something your cousin who went to culinary school would make. It’s not small either and it’s big on flavor. It’s formed like a crabcake but only with potatoes. It has a nice height and width but also is seasoned well and has onions inside. I can imagine a piece of ham and a runny egg on top.. phew. Overall the inside of the restaurant was full of happy people eating good food. The staff was attentive and courteous. Shoutout to Kirsten, she’s the beautiful young lady that took my order. She was a Godsend. Even though I didn’t dine in she checked on me and made sure to ask if I needed anything the whole time while I waited on my order. You can’t teach great customer service like that. I made sure to tip her. I would recommend this place to anyone. If you want to dine in on the weekend I suggest making reservations or signing in ahead of time because you will wait at least 30 minutes or longer for a table. Just a heads up. Sign up is easy just go to the website and make reservations or join the waitlist. I highly suggest this method so you can get seated faster. There’s open seating at the bar but those spots are limited also. They do serve cocktails and coffee drinks also. Be sure to ask for the pancake of the week too. You’ll enjoy it.

Service was excellent. Highly recommend the pancake flight, you get to taste so many yummy pancakes. The lavender latte is very good, a bit on the sweet side. Food was very good. It was a bit cold inside so bring a jacket. Beware the online option to join the waitlist- we looked and saw a 0 minute wait but got there and it was a 35 min wait.

Overall great food and service, very nice breakfast brunch spot.

I had the Snooze Classic. Absolutely delicious! The hash browns were perfectly seasoned and cooked. The bacon had a great blend of black pepper and sugar. This plate is the perfect size for a hearty brunch. We decided to sit at the bar due to the 40 min wait (I recommend reserving a table) but the service over there was incredible. Our order was taken within minutes. Food came out a little slow but the wait was worth it. Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a delicious new breakfast place to try in COS.

This was our first time visit Snooze and it was awesome. The atmosphere was very retro and a lot of fun. The hosts and servers were extremely fast and polite. I had a sangria with my breakfast, and it was delicious! I ordered the benny duo which is getting half of two eggs benedict. I got the Barbacoa Chile Verde Benny and the Habenero Pork Belly Benny. I can't even begin to express how delicious they were! I highly highly highly recommend them. Definitely going back next time we're in town!
