From the very first moment we reached out to Gemma, I knew we were in good hands. She was not only professional and attentive but truly passionate about creating something special for us. It felt like I was finally talking to someone who really understood my vision and was excited to bring it to life—and she absolutely exceeded all my expectations!

Gemma took the time to listen to our ideas, offering creative suggestions that made our wedding feel entirely unique and personal. The attention to detail was second to none. Every table centerpiece, floral arrangement, and arch was placed with such care and precision that our venue looked like a scene from a fairy tale. The quality of the materials they used was top-tier, and the overall effect was absolutely breathtaking. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the decor, and it truly set the perfect tone for the entire day.

The day before the wedding, the team arrived early and worked seamlessly to get everything ready. Even with some road closures that left them stranded for hours, they still managed to stay positive, calm, and smiling while setting up without any issues. Their dedication and professionalism were beyond impressive.

I can not recommend Pretty Little Details enough. Gemma went above and beyond to make our vision come true. Gemma really is the Fairy Godmother of weddings. Fantastic communication throughout the whole process. Even on the day when other suppliers let me down Gemma stepped in off her own back and sorted it all out with no stress to myself. The flowers and arches were stunning and the table wear were beautiful. I honestly don’t know anywhere else who would have done what Gemma done.
