I've always thought Pottery Barn and West Elm were high dollar luxury places to go for stuff.

I have stage 4 cancer and who knows how long I have but for once in my life I wanted to have a beautiful home. When I do get so sick I am bed ridden, I want to look around my home, and know that I truly did well in my life. I worked hard as a completely solo single Mom, and I focused on my career and my son thinking I'd get married later in life. Later in life became cancer treatment and not feeling well. I'm home a lot so I wanted to make my home nice. Thats when I got my first credit card in a long time to Pottery Barn and West Elm and other associated stores.

Take my advice if you think you will be getting the luxury experience with you luxury items and dont go to any of Pottery Barns associated stores or Pottery Barn.

I have had issues with almost every single order. A lot of it is as others have said. Items don't arrive on time. Ive had pillow cases come that are a $100 item and the the comfortor which is a $400 item gets pulled for some reason. Im then stuck with $100 pillow cases for a comforter I'm not getting. I got one rep who was great and promised ai could return them. She said she sent me a table for ups. I did not get it and when I called to have it sent I was told it was a final sale item.

Im not going to go into all of the hiccups Ive had because the majority of the time issues are resolved. However, issues will occur. Whether it's a giant brown stain on the high dollar duvet insert you ordered and now have to pack up and return when you dont have a car or a printer or a unmet delivery date you will deal with customer service that is subpar 50% of the time with a sprinkle of "I really hate my job and I hate customers more!" I wont say the items I have gotten are overpriced, because they are very nice. I will say it is a headache, so good luck with it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Spent $9000 on custom couches just to have the delivery be pushed back due to processing. No one could give me a better answer than “it’s just a production delay”. After working with manager Stephanie to get some answers and not hearing back for a few days, I spoke with manager Darlene. Spoke is an understatement. Without calling me she used “notes from my order” to COMPLETELY CANCEL THE ENTIRE THING. I’ve been waiting for these couches for months and now I will get NOTHING!!!!! I’m in utter shock a store employee would do that. She was apathetic with no remorse after asking why she would cancel an order without giving me the paying customer a call. There is nothing I can do to get my custom couches back now. FURIOUS doesn’t even begin to describe how mad I am. Cannot believe you would have someone so rude and incompetent managing your store. This is unbelievable.

Ordered two couches because we were told they were going to be delivered by the end of October. They weren’t. Online says January, you call, every person says something different and they don’t let you cancel the order. Thanksgiving and Christmas ruined. Thank you very much! Never again!!!

Ordered online a few items including this final sale item for $37.04 plus $24 shipping plus $2.39 Delivery surcharge. Vase has cracked handles and when I called customer service she said there’s nothing she can do because it’s final sale so that’s why it was discounted because it’s broken. That I could go and try returning it at a local store to see if maybe they will give me a store credit. So I have to drive 20 minutes pay $10 in toll fees just to see if maybe I will be offered store credit? No thank you. Even Walmart stands behind what they sell. I should’ve just flushed that money down the toilet instead of dealing with this none sense. Final sale doesn’t mean get trash in the mail by the way. Do better Pottery Barn.

Horribly disappointed. Ordered outdoor chairs by phone and the ensuing drama was incredible. After vanishing in UPS's Commerce City distribution center, the chairs miraculously appeared and all 4 were damaged. I have spent hours on the phone trying to fix this. Supervisors do not call back as promised and they actually wanted us to wait a month to 6 weeks for replacements. Not cool PB! Was planning to decorate our new house with your beautiful decor, but no more. Terrible customer service.

Can not leave a review of products online so this location will get my review, no ill intentions to this location.

Purchased Mason Flatware, 42-Piece Set - Gunmetal #5249950. Took 2 months to arrive, no issue with the wait. Less than a year later the finish on the set is coming off. Shocking for flatware that cost as much as it did.

Lesson learned. Buyer beware.

My wife would drive for hours to goto a PB....which we did. We left with a car loaded. This is a very nice PB and the staff goes out of their way to assist.

This is my favorite Pottery Barn in CO not just because it is the closest to my home, but also the staffs there are going above and beyond to make my shopping experience wonderful. I wanted to get new dinnerware sets and when I browsed through the store I found Larkin stoneware set. The associate Nathan asked me whether I needed any help and when I told him I would like to get two different colors mixed and match, he brought their stocks on a cart from the back for me to pick and choose. He was always available when I needed his help but left me the space to take time and choose what I wanted. At the end even I was paying full prices for the colors which were not on sale (wish they were like sand color), I walked away a very happy customer.
