We had the absolute pleasure of working with the wonderful Jessica as our lead planner for our Whistler Wedding alongside her sister company Fleurescent blooms (check them out if you haven't already - they provide event design, florals and rentals - which is what we hired them for). It honestly made the whole process so smooth and seamless having Petite pearl & Fleurescent take care of the whole wedding and not to mention their incredible design flair and floral skills. The attention to detail was outstanding, and every single detail was thoroughly thought out.

The communication was amazing and Jessica was always on hand whenever we needed her advice or help throughout the planning process. On the wedding day it was so smooth and Jessica and her team NAILED IT - they seriously put some solid hours in and always had a huge smile on their faces. We honestly can't thank you enough for everything.

We wish we could do it all over again.

We cannot recommend Petite Pearl Events enough. Marielle and Margot were fantastic to work with every step of the way, from our first consultation meeting with them through to our rehearsal and finalization meeting of all the details and schedule. We truly appreciated how organized Marielle was on the day and her attention to detail; from taking care of communications with our vendors to having unexpected things pop up throughout the day, she was always so patient and warm with our family and guests. We've had many guests reach out to us in the days after saying how organized they thought our wedding was, and this is in no small part thanks to Marielle and her assistants on the day, Laurel and Miyu, who made sure we kept on time with our schedule, checked in with us about our bar tab, set up and took down all the decor. This was by far the best investment we made into the wedding!

We started talking to Marcie in the early stages of our wedding planning process when we were considering different venues. Before we even hired her / Petite Pearl, she was giving us very thoughtful, honest and knowledgeable advice about the different venues we were considering. We decided to go with her because of her experience in the Whistler area, and because we liked her funny, sassy and straight forward attitude. We also liked the idea of hiring the Petite Pearl team, as you benefit from having the experience and wisdom of all of the planners. This ended up being extremely helpful on our wedding day, as we had so many Petite Pearl staff members on site to handle every little thing and make sure everything went smoothly. There were a number of issues that happened on wedding day which, as the bride, I was mostly spared from even being aware of until after the fact because the team was quietly handling everything! There is no way we would have been able to pull off the wedding we had without them. It was raining on and off the entire day and the forecast wasn't looking like it was going to improve. Despite this, Marcie was determined to make my dream outdoor ceremony happen. The team wiped chairs over and over again until we had a break in the rain, and then proceeded with the ceremony. Magically, it cleared up for the rest of the day after that!

Marcie liaised with all of the vendors on wedding day so I didn’t have to use my brain - she and my photographer Tara Lilly (also amazing) adapted our timeline the day of due to the weather, and communicated between themselves so I had Tara telling me where I needed to go and they dealt with corralling everyone else so I didn’t have to worry or be on my phone communicating with anyone which was great.

Marcie was especially helpful when providing recommendations on vendors, and in negotiating contracts with vendors to get us the best deals possible. As far as design, I had some basic ideas of how I wanted things to look, but really no idea how to actually pick and choose everything to execute it. Marcie understood the vibe I was going for and the designs she came up with for our rehearsal dinner / welcome party and wedding day were absolutely gorgeous. We received so many compliments from friends and family about how beautiful the events were. After spending over a year talking to Marcie we have to admit we are now having some separation anxiety but we plan to still stay in touch as she is a wonderful person and was a delight to work with! Our wedding weekend was absolutely perfect and if we were to do it all over again we would 100% go with Petite Pearl.

Margot, you and your team went above and beyond. We talked with 5 different planners in the process of finding the right planner, and you were 1000% the right one for us. We feel so lucky that we got to work together, because you *ooze* professionalism and kindness.

You are an excellent communicator, and we felt so relieved to have your support in taking the complicated things off our plate and making the day run so smoothly. Anything we couldn't wrap our minds around, you knew exactly what to do. You put us at ease and reminded us about the things we needed to remember, and let you handle the rest. We appreciated how clearly you laid out the whole planning process and helped us understand the things we needed to get done and where you would jump in.

Margot and her team at Petite Pearl were absolutely amazing - they designed the most dazzling venue space and made sure everything went smoothly. We are so thankful having Margot and her team handle all the details leading up to the wedding. Margot was super easy to work with, responsive (despite her busy schedule), creative, and obviously has great taste. We highly recommend working with Petite Pearl for your wedding - it was one of the best wedding decisions we made.

I cannot say enough great things about Margot and the entire Petite Pearl Events team. Margot was our lead design and takeover coordinator for our wedding in May which was complex to say the least (two venues, in two cities, all on one day).

Margot absolutely knocked it out of the park and the entire day went so incredibly smoothly! Margot made the entire process very easy for us, kept us on track with detailed timelines, regular meetings & quick email responses to all of our questions. On top of that she was able to create the most exquisite decor that I could never even dream of!

We engaged Petite Pearl Events with Marcie as our lead planner and designer for Month-of Coordination and Event Design Services for our wedding in October 2021. How can I even begin to describe how amazing Marcie and the Petite Pearl team were?

For our event design services, Marcie took some scattered ideas we had on Pinterest and turned our venue of Dusty’s Whistler into the most romantic, cozy, mountain lodge that had a sophisticated yet boho-chic feel to it all. I don’t know how she managed this, but the decor all the way from the plates to the furniture to the arrangements - everything was beautiful and perfect. She also worked closely with our florist to communicate the vision and colours we wanted which resulted in beautiful creations.

For our month-of coordination services, Marcie really went above and beyond here. The 60 days before our wedding, covid restrictions were constantly changing, even including up to the day of the wedding, which required us to have many plans and contingencies in place. Marcie was extremely organized and excellent with communication. She worked directly with all of our vendors to navigate almost daily changes, and helped us be ready for just about anything the day threw at us. She also helped make sure we thought about absolutely everything and plan for everything, so that we felt prepared leading up to and could relax on the day of. Marcie made our whole wedding experience a dream. Now we want to have another just to work with her again!

Lastly, the Petite Pearl team was wonderful to work with. They don’t bring just anyone along to assist with events on the day of, they bring their other designers and planners. This really helped us feel like everything was absolutely perfect and there was nothing for us to worry about with such an experienced team on site for us during the day.
