One of the best Marshall's in Orange County. It's loaded with merchandise for women, men, children, pets, home, and look itching. As usual, you can find discounted exotic foods, herbs, and drinks.

The store is so clean and well organized and there were people cleaning it while I was shopping today. The merchandise was beautifully displayed and the fitting rooms are newly opened and their process for that was very efficient as well. I Purchased dress shirts for my young adult son, some towels and some wall mirrors that I will use above the vanity in one of my house Flips. Very successful shopping trip today!

I enjoy shopping at Marshalls because of their selection and prices. I have purchased lamps, luggage, travel accessories, housewares, beauty products, gourmet foods, stationary items, etc. I check the clearance aisle carefully. It may look messy, but I have found many treasures there. One of my favorite sections is the Gourmet Kitchen. It gives me the chance to try items without having to pay brand name prices. I discovered a great selection of salt free / low salt spice blends. There is something for everyone here. My recommendation is take your time and enjoy the treasure hunt.

One star is the only option that I have unfortunately! I wish they have options for ZERO stars too ! Let me talk about Luisa first ! ! don't know if she is coordinator or what !!!
She was super rude, mean to my wife who try to return some item! I don't know why they promoted her to be a supervisor ! She doesn't know anything about customer service!
I’m coming back again to have conversation with store manager about her . She needs to get some class or some stuff to help her how customer service is! Next time if this is happened I will call HR immediately and report her to them!
And also the bathroom was disgusting, the floor is messy, worse store ever !

As a previous reviewer said, whoever the manager of this place is denied my returns and was the rudest lady I’ve ever encountered at a clothing retailer.

I’ve already reached out to corporate regarding her behavior and lack of both respect and care.

I returned an hour later after she was gone (or just not up at the front) and had no issues returning my shirt and hoodie.

She claimed she wouldn’t return either item because they were worn, and pointed to a hair or two that remained in the hood on a light beige color hoodie that I had tried on in the dressing room and ultimately purchased.

Of course there is a piece or two of hair in the hoodie, I tried it on, wore it for a bit, and then realized there was a tear on the left sleeve. It was never washed.

As for the shirt, who knows. Her behavior was ridiculous and I hope others do not have to deal with her in the future.
