Very nice displays. Lots of pretty decor. I was looking for wicker baskets, but I didn't see any I was looking for. More on the expensive side. I didn't buy anything but my friends bought a few items and the check out time seemed to be a long process.

Great place! If you like modern farmhouse decor, you will definitely want to shop here. That's my style, and I always like to wander around and look at as much as I can before we have to leave. The website is great, too.

I bought a blanket there yesterday, however, I almost couldn't because the scent was so overwhelming I could feel it in the back of my throat. The air feels thick and has a chemical taste to it. I could still feel it hours after i left. I don't know how people work there. I wouldn't be surprised if it cuts a few years off of their life span.

I never walk in needing anything, but I always walk out with something. The store is awesome and there is always a wide availability of decor to fit every theme. Seasonally the options change and a fresh set of merchandise is always available.

I don't think I will be ordering on line with Kirklands again, it's been a very bad experience.I placed an order for picture about a month ago and requested it to be shipped to store and never received any correspondence after the first original order confirmation email. I called customer sevice about 1 1/2 weeks into the order and was told they needed to email some department and that department would be sending me an email back giving me an update on my order. Well another week goes by didn't hear from anyone so I called customer service again was told the same thing, I would receive an email updating me and that it might actually be out of stock by now. So today after again not hearing from anybody after a week I called customer service and was told my picture was actually delivered to the store. I called the store and was told that the picture was there but my pick up time would expire on Monday. What does that actually mean? I received no notice from the store or customer service that my picture was even there. If I wouldn't have called in again I would have not known my picture was there. Now I learn there's an expiration date for me to pick it up but yet nobody tells me the pictures actually there. Isn't it customary to let the customer know that their merchandise is at the store ready for pick up? I'm just a little taken back with the whole Kirkland's on line to store service.

I have found so many excellent things for my home here st very low prices. Be sure to get their spin to win app for discounts. Have bought pictures, mirrors, metal wall art, entry table, lamps and more here. The people are very friendly as well.

Pricey stuff, but if you catch the right sales/deals you'll be alright.

The smell is very overwhelming. At some spots in the store, it's unbearable.

Not much help from staff, had to ask after browsing the store 3 full times.
