Last time here was 2+ years ago. This time was looking for flooring and counter materials either ceramic tile or vinyl tile or granite. Jone of the staff Jamar helped me to look for the materials needed and was very helpful. And guess what? He remember the last time I came over 2 years ago. What an employee!

Lora seems to have mastered the art of saying “no.” First, she rudely asked us to move out of an aisle because she needed to assist another customer while my husband and I were loading our cart. When I asked if she or someone else could help us afterward, she bluntly said no. As she walked away, I asked for help again, and her response was still no, adding that I needed to order ahead of time for someone to assist me.

While her customer service skills leave much to be desired, I do appreciate that she eventually sent Brandon over to assist me. Brandon did an excellent job helping us load 16 boxes of stone. Thank you, Brandon, for your outstanding service—perhaps Lora could learn a thing or two from you!

The new floor and decor location is very spacious and has lots of variety .
Managers Nicole and Nelson are great and very friendly .
Very bad experience with the cashier lady , DONNA,, with the HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Attitude,
Stay away from her . Even as pro customer she charged us for TAX because she doesn’t want to pay attention what we say!!
This branch with all these great managers needs better staff,l.
My advise is wait for another cashier , it worthy your time and your mind

The store was well equipped, offering a large selection of quality and affordable products. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and offered practical and affordable options. We were fortunate to have assistance from the store manager, assistant manager, and lead cashier. All were super in their customer service. We will visit that store location again for our flooring needs. We will recommend the Sugar Land, Texas location to others as well! Thank you, Troy, Nelson, and Lisa, for a wonderful experience!

Great staff with up most best team leadership skills that can help out in any customer situation. Got a chance to work hand-in-hand with a team for some flooring projects from the pro desk to the cashier and staff upfront. All great people if they don’t have the material they can quickly, find the material to get for your project was in their supply chain.

Great prices and great inventory. Rodel was absolutely wonderful. Even though he was busy, he still took the time to help us find what we were looking for and he gave us great recommendations. Lora, Johnathan, Chad and Deion were very patient and friendly. They answered all our questions and concerns. The manager josh/john needs to take a chill pill, I get it you're a manager, be more polite to your clients!
