Amazing experience! I would absolutely rent from Event Time again. Excellent, friendly and efficient customer service. Requested quote from several places fairly last minute for a Sweet 16 birthday, Iman replied within an hour and I had confirmation of my booking! (Other businesses still have yet to reply). Pick up and drop off were seamless. I arrived myself and the gentleman assisted me to load the tent. I highly recommend and will be a regular customer.

Great Customer service and were very helpful even when I needed stuff at the last minute, also great prices! The lights were beautiful and the tent was such a lifesaver for the weather, and the chair were brand new. We will be coming back for sure!

Rented the 10x20 tent along with chairs, tables , and the heated food setup , great arrived Ontime great at communication very affordable easy setup and take down , I got delivery they were right Ontime would definitely recommend
