All we can say is WOW! We had so much fun planning our wedding entertainment with Francis and Chris- they were SO professional, SO patient with us, and well coordinated with the venue and our planner. Our night was a blast and our friends and family could not stop talking about how seamless everything went- from dancing to games to dinner, the night flew by and everyone had so much fun! The DJ's mixing was flawless and Francis was very well attuned to getting the group going at the perfect time. We could not have asked for a better night!!!

Before the wedding, Chris went above and beyond, helping us with decorations, lighting and other elements leading up to our wedding. She was also extremely detail oriented and attentive to our wedding vision, schedule, and communications with several vendors.

On the day of, I was completely blown away when I saw the decorations/florals/lighting in the hall we rented. She really took all the pieces and brought them together in a fantastic way. In terms of ensuring the day went smoothly, Chris and Francis were both extremely on top of every detail and ensured both the ceremony & reception went according to plan.

Overall the service and execution of our wedding vision was exceptional and I would highly recommend working with Chris (and Francis) if you are looking for wedding coordination or planning!

I can't recommend Francis enough! During our wedding, Francis and his DJ were able to successfully fill the dance floor almost the entire night and there were zero awkward moments of "should I step on the dance floor" like there usually is at wedding. Heck, Even my GRANDMA who never dances, got up and danced.
But excellence doesn't stop there, Francis and Chris were so supportive and easy to work with the entire year we were planning and you can tell they work endlessly to make sure they have the best equipment and latest gadgets. I should also mention that they are both very transparent during the planning process which makes everything so much easier for planning. OH AND they don't just do music, Chris does wedding planning and has all the wedding stuff you could ever need! Baccino Events is basically a one stop shop, which is extremely amazing!

Francis and baccino events are AMAZING!
Francis really made us feel cared for. he even had this special touch by finding a creative way to include my sister who lives in Australia Who couldn’t attend our wedding due to covid. It was so special everyone was talking about it days after our wedding.
They truly made this day so stress free and facilitated the whole wedding. Talking to all the bridal party, remembering everyone’s names, making sure everything was on time, and most importantly had fun with us! The best DJ and MC service. Will not go anywhere else

After arriving over 30 minutes late for our first meeting, Francis was very nice and seemed to understand our needs.
However, even if we weren’t planning a big event, we wanted to have an idea of the prices and different options offered to us so we asked for an estimate. Following our initial meeting, we were completely ghosted by Francis and we never had any news even as we contacted him for follow ups. If the event did not interest him as it wasn’t profitable for him, we would have preferred to be told upfront and not ignored, very unprofessional and irritating service, we do not recommend them at all.
We found another company to meet our needs that was very responsive and delivered on everything asked.

Francis and Chris were incredible and made our wedding day a huge success. Working 9-5 we were unable to meet during regular work hours and they were more than accommodating meeting us in the evenings. Planning events is part of my job and I was nervous about handing off the most important event in my life to a complete stranger. Needless to say everything went exactly as planned and we couldn't be happier with how the day turned out! They are truly experienced professionals who went above and beyond our expectations.
