The decor was absolutely fabulous so elegant and lovely, we got so many compliments from our guests and everything came out 10x better than we were expecting and even hoping for!! They even did our bouquet and boutonnières which came out so beautiful. Unfortunately our experience was not as we hoped especially considering the price point for our premium decor selection. Communication and pre-event client service was great, Palavi was very thorough and truly seemed like she cared about creating a great experience for my brother’s wedding.

For full disclosure my sister was the main contact on our end and she had clearly stated from day one (and it is mentioned on the contract) that we wanted to have two side chairs on the stage for our guests. On the day of the event the chairs were missing and Palavi somehow proceeded to lay the blame on us that we did not “told that it is a must need” otherwise she would have arranged it. On top of the chair mix up, the decorations were poorly assembled as you could see foam underneath the flowers and the steps were left bare.
It seemed as if they had assigned a trainee to our project or they rushed through it but they definitely dropped the ball.

We know that they are capable of delivering a great setup as we have seen their work first hand however it is puzzling as to what happened with our event. The only compensation we have received is $200 for the missing chairs. With no consideration for the stress, embarrassment and negative memories caused during the event.

If you are going to proceed with them, please make sure you double/triple check all items as agreed.

The team did such an amazing job, it was exactly how I wanted it, and even prettier than I imagined. I highly recommend this team and would consider them for any future events.
