If I could give this place a zero rating, I would. As many others have stated in their negative reviews, their customer service and communication was by far the worst I have ever experienced. I had my consultation with one of the owners, I believe her name is Shama, and she has to be the most dishonest and unethical person I have come across to date. During the consultation, she made false claims on what they could provide and later denied what we agreed on after she got the deposit. She basically got us to sign with her company based on false pretenses and dishonest marketing. Communication was also non existent after the deposit was given. She would take weeks to answer questions or not answer them at. Our wedding was right around the corner and she never reached out to finalize our selections. She was dismissive throughout the entire process. When we raised concerns, she gaslit us and took absolutely no accountability. After being mentally exhausted by her, we switched to a competing decorating company in Houston and ended up having the best experience with them. They were accommodating, transparent, honest and their customer service was absolutely wonderful. We had the complete opposite experience to the horrible experience we had with Divine Decor Design.
Wedding planning is stressful as is…it’s not worth going with a vendor who will add to the stress by being dishonest, nontransparent, and non-commutative in planning for the most important day of your life. Steer clear from this place.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Their team was amazing with ideas that really fit our style for the Pithi, Mehendi, and house decorations. They totally got our vibe and made planning fun and super easy.

What really rocked was how on-point they were with everything. Always on time, super professional, and they really paid attention to the little things. And let me tell you, when we saw the final setup, our jaws dropped! It was like they read our minds - the colors, the elegance, everything was perfect.
