My friends and I, along with our other friend's now fiance, planned a surprise engagement party for her and we needed to bring the room to life and that's exactly what Deshe did. We wanted 4 balloon garlands around each pole as the focal point of the party and she delivered! She answered all questions we had and 2 of us live out of state so communication was very thorough. Everyone loved the balloons and our friend was very happy!
