Got are new shutters from decora blinds and the service and quality was outstanding Maureen delt with are initial enquiry and the shutters were fitted by Paul who was very efficient and clean we have just ordered shutters for the rest of are windows at the front of are house thanks to all at decor blinds just got the other windows done and like before outstanding service and Paul the fitter carried out the work to a very high standard and to Maureen once again excellent service ?

After posting a 1 star review I have to immediately take this 1 star down! After speaking to Maureen the matter has been solved. She was very courteous and solved the problem right away!!! Definitely good customer service ?

Excellent company. We had a very friendly visit from James who visited our home to quote for new blinds throughout, he visited on a Wednesday and less than a week later the new blinds were fitted. The team were friendly & extremely efficient and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks so much to all.

Fantastic service and staff, James & Maureen are an asset to the company, couldn't have been anymore helpful. The price was reasonable and the finish was above our expectations. Have ordered three more uni-view blinds for our kitchen showroom as a result.

Got blinds fitted and they do look well,but the next day on closer inspection one set of Venetian blinds in one bedroom are curved up at one end. My missus emailed Decora about this but there is no comeback from them at all even though they have been payed the full £600 up front

I can’t say enough about Decora Blinds. From the first call to office, to measuring, to fitting we were treated with professionalism. Maureen was so friendly and patient, she explained every detail of the process and made no false promises. The fitters for my blinds were very tidy and same for the guy that fitted our shutters. Fantastic service, from calling into the shop to having blinds fitted everything was hassle free. Had the windows measured on Tuesday and blinds fitted on Friday. Such friendly staff all the way. Would definitely recommend Decora Blinds
