An absolutely atrocious organisation. I would genuinely be here a week writing about my situation but after 2 years of an ongoing battle I've forgotten half of it.

Gist is don't use them!!!

They are happy to supply a product that's not fit for purpose, send a poor fitter to fit and rectify his own issues even after I stated I didn't want the same fitter to come out again as he was part of the problem.

Now refusing to deal with me in, will only talk to my agent.

After 3 attempts to resolve the fitment issues they now won't resolve the problem a s want to walk away from it but they are refusing to cover reasonable costs to rectify the damage they caused during fitment.

Want my advice, just don't run the risk of going through 2 years of misery. I'd rather use Hillarys in future... Make of that what you will.

The worst company ever. They are all liars and give false information. I paid for the loft blinds and now they are ignoring me and if I call they put the phone down. So sad my son can’t go sleep, they are truly heartless and thief. Not giving my money back nor the blind. If only I done research on them before and I knew how pathetic they are I would never go with them.

If only I can give zero star would’ve been lovely to the worst company ever. Very very very bad service, all they want is money. No wonder they on 3 star and that’s because they writing there own reviews to keep the score up.

Please be careful, they will give you good service until you pay them, then difficult to get the correct product. They or not local for anyone in England so don’t trust them. Look at all the other reviews before you go ahead. Please I am trying to save you from them.

2 of the 3 Velux blinds I ordered do not fit despite correct Velux codes given. I’ve had to cut the rails to size.

Diabolical customer service.

I ordered some shutters at the beginning of March this year (two weeks before the country closed due to covid). The shutters I ordered did eventually arrive in may they were poorly put together with lots of sharp edges on the shutter rods and also they were the incorrect size for the windows. Since then I have been fighting with this company to get there mistakes rectified and to this day am no closer in achieving this.
The customer services are almost non existent and very rude when you do eventually manage to get a response to countless emails and phone calls. Lots of unkempt promises. I personally will not be ordering anything further from this company and my guess is they would not careless based on previous experiences.

All 3 Venetian blinds arrived damaged (many slats bent), this wasn’t damaged in transit, just poor care taken when making. All 3 blinds had to be remade and I asked when making the valences again, if a cm could be added to their length. I was told this couldn’t be done as it would cost more. This was a poor excuse to justify charging for it. Knowing what I wanted they cut the valence to short and wanted to charge me £30 for new valences. So much for their environmental policy where they claim to be concerned about this on their website. They’d rather squeeze a few more £’s out their customers and waste product rather than do the right thing - very sad that a company in these environmentally sensitive times doesn’t seem to have a care about their carbon footprint.

Most unhelpful company. Ordered a Velux Blind but due to confusion over the coding I ordered the wrong size. I offered to return the unused blind still in its original packaging but they would not offer a refund even though I would have ordered another one. Wont bother with them again. Will now order from Amazon who have a fantastic returns policy. Dont know why I didnt use them in the first place.
