We went in to check out their American Leather brand recliner. I bought one there a few years ago and liked. We loved the new chair, it's very good quality.

I told Kelly that I was going to go look at another chair elsewhere. She was very knowledgeable and we never felt pushed. I decided to buy again without shopping and I'm glad I did. They loaded it for us and we took it home

Went in just to take a look around at the jewelry and home furnishings. The aelsection was so great I ended up with diamond earrings, an estate piece bracelet, and two beautiful blown glass pieces.

The jewelry selection is really diverse. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They all went out of their way to help me...even let me take a video so I could explain how to open and close the latch on the bracelet.

Highly recommended!

Excellent furniture and service.
We went in just to buy bedroom set but ended up buying dining room set also (which I had to canceled with another store later that I had booked earlier). The furniture collection is very nice and unique.

Kelly and Mr Joe (owner) are very welcoming personalities and helped us answer any and every question in very polite manner. We took our sweet time to discuss and finalize the furniture and there was no hovering or "forced" selling by staff. Due to Covid situations, the delivery of furniture was delayed and Joe (owner), himself was on top of the logistics, kept us informed periodically.

Not to forget delivery guys, AJ and Blake. Awesome guys. Very thorough and careful in handling the furniture, taking all precautions to arrange, setup and clean up. Kelly was exceptional, reaching out personally to check on delivery and process being smooth.

Decor interior is really a good benchmark of excellent product and service quality, which is rare these days.

They have some incredible furniture and artwork. They're mainly contemporary, art deco style but they have something for everyone!! I loved everything in the store!!! Prices were reasonable, staff was friendly, store was clean. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Love this furniture store!! Beautiful contemporary design and styles. Every time I walk in there I find something I love. Great quality, I have some pieces that I bought years ago, and just ordered pieces for my new condo. Can’t wait to get them!

Hey Chelsea,

Just wanted to say thanks again for helping us get the look we wanted for our house. It was a pleasure working with you and I appreciate everything you did to assist us getting this wonderful sectional. I still can’t believe how good it looks in the room. I can’t wait to have our first gathering where I get to show it off more, (but I may not let anyone sit on it…lol)

I appreciate being able to get such quality pieces by just emailing and texting you and never making it into the store before my purchase. Normally I would say that’s pretty risky putting your hopes of a room to a person that I never got to sit and talk with, but you assured me at the beginning what you could do for me and you delivered, you were spot on about all your selections and your advice. It was truly worth the 6 hours of commuting to get to you.

I hope this review is seen by those you work with/for so they can know the exceptional job you did. I know you do this all the time so that’s why it was so easy for you, but from a customer point of view it’s really important to have that kind of customer service, because it’s so hard to get it anymore in these days and times.

Again, many thanks to you and all those at Décor Interior, even the guy who loaded the truck was pleasant to work with. It’s good to know there is a place in the Midwest I can get the look I want and the service to go with it.
