Amy obrien came to my home to help me pull together my family room. I originally wanted an area rugs and wall treatments. Also help with my foyer. She recommended a turquoise grass cloth for an accent wall in family room. I stated to her that the color did not match anything in the room. She assured me that it could all be pulled together with the right accessories. She also stated she would help with with the selection of accessories. The wallpaper was over a $1,000 plus installation After the wallpaper was hung I was not at all happy with the paper color. I called her and asked her to please come out and help me with tying the wallpaper together with the room. She refused to come out. I offered to pay her hourly fee but she still will not assist. I am now going to have to spend the money to have wallpaper removed. I don't know why she agreed to help and then refused. I even called for her supervisor and was told she would call me back but never did. I'm not even sure at this point if Amy is an accredited decorator or just an assistant. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This company handles the interior design of Schell Brother's model homes. If you love how their models look, then this is the company to call. With all of the new construction, they are extremely busy, so if you are not patient, do not call them. They are a high end design company.

Professional and friendly staff guided through so much information and choices. Window treatments and furniture, they cover it all!

Called to see if an appointment was needed. Was told no. Stopped by the old address which is now Schell Brothers. Finally found new location. Was asked if I had an appointment,. Was told I needed an appointment as both consultants were busy. Don't worry will not go back.
