My husband and I bought a house with very old original hardwood floors (from 1870) and reached out to Deco Home Design to discuss refinishing them. Joe and Fazi were professional and timely in coming to inspect the floors and gave us a very fair estimate for the work and time frame. We were able to schedule the work right away which was really great as we wanted to have the floors done before moving in - the workers were punctual and professional and left our place clean. I could not be happier with the final result and would recommend their services to anyone.

I recently had 2 full bathrooms renovated and hardwood flooring installed throughout my home. The designer / owner was amazing. She helped me pick out the right vanities to fit my decor and bathroom configurations. The ceramic flooring for the bathrooms is absolutely beautiful. The materials are all top quality and they were able to work with my budget. I am so pleased with the work Deco Home Design did, I am looking forward to my next project.....Kitchen remodel.

We had an issue with a buckled wall-to-wall carpet, a need for a small amount of flooring, and re-carpeting steps. After speaking with several companies who did not think they could do the jobs properly we found Deco Home Design. Although previous companies felt that they had to empty out the room and deal with the entire carpeting for the buckling, Deco Home Design was able to fix the problem beautifully without moving everything and just working with the problem area. They at the same time installed the small amount of flooring so we could put in sjoji screens. Then they expertly replaced worn carpet on our open stairs (making it a harder job than if they were closed stairs). All of this as done efficiently, smoothly and perfectly. And at least as important as the quality of the work was the pleasantness of the craftsmen. They were perfectionists. There is no question that any future carpet and flooring needs will be fulfilled by Deco Home Design. And, incidentally, all of this perfection and efficiency was less expensive than the other options.

Amazing experience with Joe and Fazi, the owners of Deco Home Design. We purchased several rugs from them including a stair runner, several area rugs and wall to wall carpet in our basement. We love everything and the installation was done perfectly. Joe and Fazi are the nicest people you will ever work with and you will be happy you did so!

This is my second time using deco home design and they did not disappoint. This time i wanted to wood cover a wall . Joe was very good in showing us and explaining all of our options. He came up with a very reasonable price for us. His time was on time and worked so quietly we forgot they were in the house . The final result exceeded our expectations. They left the place clean. Highly recommend!

The folks at Deco Home Design are simply the best at what they do. From the owner Joe and his wife to the installation crew that installed my flooring, they were professional and very pleasant to work with. The end product was top quality and apparently installed with great care and a keen eye for detail. I would recommend Deco Home Design for anyone looking for a flooring contractor striving for perfection.

BTW - if anyone is interested, the one negative review here from "Adam" is fraudulent. After a little digging, I have found that this alias has trolled many local businesses leaving poor reviews accusing business owners of lying, cheating, poor quality, etc. with the grammar and spelling of a 1st grader. All "real" reviews that I've read for this company are nothing but 5 stars.

Excellent and sophisticated supplier of all kinds of flooring and other decorative materials displayed in a lovely and convenient showroom location just north of Georgetown in Palisades. We are high end custom builders and have used Deco for several of our latest projects. Not only are their selections gorgeous and far from run-of-the-mill, Joe was very hands on during the installations and his team did a fabulous job.
