Just before Christmas 2023, I messaged CoLores Decor's customer service regarding if my order would make it in time for the 25th. I got an almost immediate response, and quickly placed an order for a Talavera dining set. It arrived quicker than expected and perfectly intact due to precise packaging. After some months passed while arranging the set in a new cabinet, we realized a mistake was made and I reached out to to customer service again. They responded within the hour and corrected the small error. I can't even begin to explain how excellent this company's service is, and how incredible their products are. We will expand our collection as our family grows, and stay CoLores customers for generations.

This company is great. I ordered a plate I have been searching so long for, for a friend. It was a great price, arrived speedily. When there was an issue with the address I provided (incorrectly) they were super quick and helpful to get it resolved.

Really love the authentic look on their dish pieces. The quality and artwork is beautifully done. It really takes me back to being in my Great-Grandmother's kitchen when we'd visit her in Soledad, CA. She would love these dishes in her home.
