Beyond the Decor is amazing. Where do I begin? Ms. Monique & Shana are heaven sent they stepped in when I canceled with a different service. The were punctual, communication skills were top tier, & they continuously went above & beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my wedding. They were so kind & patient. They advocated for me(the bride) & kept every promise. I honestly don’t think I could have done this wedding without beyond the decor. Special thank you to you all we really appreciated it.

I can’t say enough good things about Monique. Let me tell you, she helped me plan a wedding in less than 5 months! She really made sure that everything went as planned. Even when I was completely overwhelmed and about ready to throw in the towel, those weekly calls and check-ins kept me afloat. Monique stayed on top of everything every step of the way and made sure all the vendors were handled. I had everything I needed. Then on the wedding day it was a hurricane y’all. She was so calm when I was about to have a meltdown. She informed me we had a plan b for the ceremony, but I was not having it. Mo was like no sweat, got some umbrellas and was like we gone make it do what it do. Everything was absolutely wonderful. My guest rave at the fact that we were out there saying our vows in the pouring rain. They were like everything was so romantic. I never felt so taken care of, heard and appreciated. If you have a big event and need a helping hand, make sure to book her.

I absolutely LOVED my experience with Beyond the Decor. I needed help planning a wedding in three months and Monique was flawless! She took care of everything from my guest list, to setting up and getting my vendors to the venue on time to bringing an emergency kit in case I needed something. Monique was extremely responsive! I called her the night before my wedding with worries and concerns and she took care of everything. I highly recommend using this wonderful business if you are getting married soon!

We hired Beyond the Decor to complete a treat table for the stage for my grandmothers 80th Birthday Party. Monique went over and beyond to ensure that the event look spectacular! She even added decorative items to other tables in the venue just to ensure that we were covered and looking great!!! She didn’t inflate her prices she was extremely affordable and GREAT! She is truly amazing.

What a wonderful experience it was, working with Monique at Beyond The Decor Events & Planning. From the very first vendor walk-through it was evident that she 'knew her stuff' as they say. Logistics like floor plans, and room transitions and even parking had all been taken into consideration. On the day of the event, Monique and her team were always accessible. They moved expertly behind the scenes making magic happen. It looked almost effortless. However, being in the industry I'm intimately aware of how much hard work it takes, to appear effortless. We almost didn’t use an event coordinator for our son’s upcoming wedding rehearsal dinner at our home (what a disaster that would have been). I wanted to do it myself but my husband wanted me to hire someone. I googled event planners and found two in the area and I called and left messages. I never heard back from one of them and Monique from Beyond the Decor Events called me back promptly. We are so happy that we found Monique - she made our rehearsal dinner at our house absolutely perfect!! She did everything that I wanted and more - every little detail was beautiful!! She was very thorough and followed up with all the vendors in a timely manner! I cannot say enough good things about Monique and her company! It is an evening we will cherish for a lifetime!!
