We should start out by saying that Nadia saved our wedding. It was a three day, Punjabi/Dominican-American wedding at three different venues. We initially had a group of three wedding planners who were awful and after several months, little to nothing had been done. Then, we decided to do most of the planning ourselves. We started by looking for a decorator and found Nadia (Event Decor by Nadia), who was a Godsend.

We found Nadia on the Knot. We were immediately attracted by her creative and stunning wedding decorations, which are best seen on her Instagram. She does all types of weddings and her ample warehouse has a wide array of versatile decorations for all types of occasions, all of which are beautiful.

But it's not just Nadia's talent for creation and decorations from scratch. Since the moment we made contact with her, we were encouraged by Nadia's very sweet personality and her great communication and responsiveness. And she maintained this throughout the months before our wedding. In addition, Nadia has been in the Orlando/Tampa wedding game for many, many years, which means she knows many of the local vendors which she can recommend (and they are great vendors) and easily work with for a smooth process.

Nadia was consistently supportive, kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our wedding planning, which made it a lot less stressful.

We were absolutely blown away with all of the decorations for our 3 day event. Decorations were important to us, and Nadia exceeded our expectations by a thousand miles.

The whole experience with Nadia was amazing. We honestly could not have done it without her. If you choose her, you will not be disappointed. In fact, it will be one of the best if not the best decision you make for your wedding.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Nadia as our  decorator for our wedding. She set herself apart in our first meeting, where she gave us recommendations and advice that was crucial in our planning process. She was very intentional in ensuring that both bride and groom were happy with the aesthetic decisions, and met with us about three times throughout the process. She was also very easy to coordinate with, and very friendly and willing to help. And, of course, the decorations are very beautiful and customizable. There are so many choices! For our wedding, we decided to go with a "starry night" aesthetic that we came across on her Instagram, and she implemented it so very elegantly.  You should without a doubt consider Nadia as your decorator for your big day!

This Review is a little overdue since my wedding was a little more than a month ago. But i do need to say that if you have a wedding or an event coming up and you don't choose Nadia as your event planner/decor specialist, you are missing out! She's very personable and likes to get to know her clients and really understand what their vision looks like, and i mean every little detail. I have hired event decor and rentals twice now and they exceeded my expectations both times. I wish I could do more than just write a review because not enough words can describe how amazing and talented Nadia is as a person and a decorator. Everything from her decor pieces to color coordinations to designs are literally perfect, classy, and leaves you speechless. Even though you have a certain idea in mind and you express it to her, she hears you out and makes suggestions if she believes she can improve your vision; which to me is an amazing quality because it shows how talented she is at what she does. Thank you Nadia for my beautiful engagement party and my unforgettable wedding night. I also cant say thank you enough for all the accommodations you've made for me and your patience and hard work!
