To be honest I NEVER write bad reviews because I do not think its worth my time especially being in the industry for 12 years but after my experience with this company I had to share because this was the only negative part of my wedding. We spent thousands of dollars for their catering company to cater to 200 guests in October. Everything was amazing from the beginning of this process. We had a great tasting with the chef at the food tasting, promising us this exact experience at our wedding. Our coordinator and person in charge of the wedding was AMAZING. She is the only reason we went with this company after months at looking at other catering companies. From here it goes down hill. First of all my own dish which was the vegetarian ravioli meal was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT(Im not even vegetarian but what was shown at the tasting was the reason i ordered this dish) not even similar but COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. I was in shock that they decide the day of my wedding to bring a completely different dish out. Secondly, our desserts as you can see in the photos are NOT the same presentation. The dessert was a MESS like how do you even send something like that out when I have photos of everything. Why am i doing a food tasting for the company to bring out 2 dishes that we are paying for to not even look or even be the same dish. Ridiculous. Thirdly, dealing with the management was poor. She did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to make things better. If you want a company to blindside you and just take thousands of dollars from you this is the company. Your company is lucky to have 2 great workers but clearly not upper management or ownership. Even worse is that they ended up asking us to pay more are you serious? We did because we wanted to end communications with them. The main chef and who was in charge of this project was AMAZING. I’m so annoyed even doing this but I would never recommend this company to anyone I know after how poorly they dealt with our wedding.

Where do we even begin? Planning a wedding can be stressful but planning a wedding during Covid is a whole other ball game. My husband and I were married on October 9th 2020 and right from the beginning Kori Gorman set our mind at ease. Leading up to the wedding it was a roller coaster ride, but Kori was right by our side and helped to manage all the details and changes we were facing on a weekly basis. On the day of Kori and the team helped to execute to make sure the day ran smoothly, and it did! I didn’t have to worry about anything but enjoying our big day.

The Food: Wow, wow & wow! I am in the event industry and I’ve tasted a lot of good food, but I cannot complement their food enough! The taste, presentation and creativity was incredible. All of our guests (and we mean ALL) commented on how amazing the food was. We were so thrilled and proud to have Entertainment caterer our mini wedding.

We HIGHLY recommend Eatertainment!

The Spanish tapas 1/2 box meal, advertised to feed 2-3 people, continues to feed my 2-person household two days later. Everything was delicious (the gazpacho and paella actually taste better the next day), and it was all very easy to prep for serving, thanks to the individual vacuum packaging and unfussy directions. The red and white wines that came paired also went perfectly with the flavours of the dishes. Looking forward to trying more of their family box themes.

My partner and I were referred by our event coordinator to have our wedding catered by Eatertainment. The taste testing was amazing; we got to try various appetizers and small plates. On the day of our reception, the chef introduced himself and even brought us a complimentary lactose-free cake. Everyone at our reception raved about the incredible food. The chive scone with buttermilk fried chicken was one of the best appetizers, and we can’t forget the braised short rib with mashed potatoes and broccolini. Honestly, to this day, I already miss the food! They need to open a restaurant.

Literally cannot say enough good things about Eatertainment! Alyssa and Danielle were phenomenal in organizing the food for my bachelorette and understood my vision from the get-go. The Eatertainment staff was phenomenal!! Alyssa our coordinator/planner was an absolute hoot and pleasure to work with. She totally understood our wedding vision and brought it all together in the best possible way! It was the best day ever and our guests are still raving about all the delicious food! YOU CANNOT GO WRONG!!!On our wedding day the food was amazing (and exactly the same as our tasting), the decor was beautiful, and the staff surperb! We were so happy with our experience from start to finish and will be sure to reach back out for any  future party planning needs!!
